Corona virus restrictions on Permits to Acquire

Australian Fine Arms will safely store your licenced purchase AT NO COST, until the restrictions on PTAs are lifted and your State /Territory re-commences processing PTAS  again.(Items must be paid for immediately post-auction)

How do I bid ?

You must first register. Once you have registered, you will receive by email a bidder number;  to bid you must login with your bidder number and your password.   

What is Maximum Bid ?

You can enter the maximum amount you are prepared to pay  excluding the administration or buyers premium fee.  The system will automatically bid on your behalf until your maximum is reached.

Do the items have reserves ?

All lots have have reserves unless otherwise stated.

What happens if I am the winning bidder ?

If your bid is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.  You will be contacted by the auction to arrange payment and collection.

Does my bid include GST ?

Yes, your bid includes GST.   Tax invoices are issued only where the vendor is registered for GST.

Are there fees and charges ?

Buyers premium and administration fees may apply.  Please see the catalogue and lots as buyers premium may vary according to the items offered for auction.

How do the auctions close ?

Lots are closed in order.  That is lot 2 will not close until lot 1 has finished. 

Can I withdraw a bid ?

No, you cannot withdraw a bid. Please be careful when entering a bid as you are entering into an agreement to buy the item if your bid is the winning bid.
